As Director of Business Development, Kera Parker leads SOLON’s analytical and proposal strategy, combining technical expertise with market insight to drive project success. With degrees in Advanced Mathematics from Oklahoma State University and more than seven years in the solar industry, she has extensive experience designing and optimizing photovoltaic systems nationwide. Kera oversees financial modeling, system performance analysis, and proposal development, ensuring each project meets technical, zoning, and financial standards while delivering maximum value and savings to customers.

As General Superintendent, Luis de la Torre oversees all of SOLON’s field operations. With over 16 years of diverse construction experience, Luis calls upon his leadership and communication skills to interface with internal and external project stakeholders and ensure fulfillment of project schedule, site safety, and quality control commitments on all SOLON projects.

As an Assistant Superintendent, Gerry Tokarz helps lead the day-to-day operations of SOLON’s field personnel and helps ensure fulfillment of project schedule, site safety, and quality control commitments on all SOLON projects. Gerry has over 10 years of commercial solar construction experience and has spent the last six years with SOLON where he has completed many large-scale projects.

Brian Smith
As a NABCEP certified professional with more than 12 years in the solar industry, Brian Smith manages SOLON’s pre- and post-contract estimating as well as our quality control program including project-specific plans and processes. He also oversees energizing and commissioning activities on SOLON’s projects including programming equipment and ensuring DAS systems are operating and reporting correctly.
