With more than nine years’ experience in the solar industry, Tyler Cazzetta is responsible for SOLON’s business development activities in the Southwest U.S. outside of Arizona. Tyler’s consultative approach ensures customers receive exceptional service and the best possible money-saving options that meet their specific needs.

With a background in financial analysis and design of solar and energy storage projects, Seth Virgin spearheads SOLON’s business development efforts across Arizona. Kera Parker
Kera Parker graduated from Oklahoma State University with Degrees in Advanced Mathematics and has been working as an analyst in the solar industry for over 6 years, designing and sizing photovoltaic systems across the country. Kera leads a team of analysts in the financial modeling and system optimization efforts on all projects and oversees all proposals, ensuring each project meets all technical, zoning, and financing requirements. Kera is an adept analyst with experience performing thousands of analyses comparing pricing and production to determine the ideal system that guarantees the customer is receiving the most cost-effective proposal with the highest savings.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Lori Nelson
With more than 15 years’ experience with industry-leading organizations, Lori Nelson manages all facets of SOLON’s marketing and communications efforts including developing marketing content and materials, implementing lead generation programs, enhancing the company’s online presence in social media, and managing the company’s website. Lori draws upon her expertise to ensure all programs and communications are well-managed and designed to build brand equity.
Senior Controller
Heather Guilliom
With 14+ years’ experience in the finance and construction industries, Heather Guilliom is responsible for all aspects of financial management for SOLON, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, and oversight of the accounting team whose responsibilities include Billing, AR, AP, Project Job Costing, GL, and preparation of financial statements. Heather is instrumental in maintaining internal control policies and procedures, and she ensures SOLON complies with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Vice President, Engineering and Pre-Construction
Cary Broschat
With a diverse background in all facets of construction, Cary Broschat oversees SOLON’s engineering department and leads EPC staff through the engineering and pre-construction phases of all projects from contract execution through construction readiness. He calls upon his experience in large-scale construction projects to bring creative and innovative approaches to all of SOLON’s work to ensure fulfillment of all project commitments. Cary also assists SOLON’s business development team with engineering support, drawings and designs, and various technical items.
Engineering Manager
Davis Kigin, PE
Davis Kigin is a registered professional electrical engineer in multiple states and holds NABCEP PVIP and LEED AP certifications. He oversees the day-to-day operations of SOLON’s engineering department, leads SOLON’s team of designers in producing high quality plan sets and other documents, and coordinates with SOLON’s outside design consultants and suppliers to quickly produce turnkey design and permit packages. He also leads continuous improvement efforts within the engineering department, managing process improvement and employee training initiatives. Davis’s diverse experience in electrical design and building construction adds value to SOLON’s operations day in and day out.

Joe Rynes
With over 10 years of experience in commercial and utility-scale solar construction and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, Joe Rynes oversees all construction and commissioning activities on SOLON’s projects from procurement through final project close-out. Joe also oversees SOLON’s robust safety program and quality control program.

Mark Anderson
With more than 40 years in the construction industry, Mark Anderson is responsible for the procurement, construction, and commissioning activities on SOLON’s projects. He works closely with SOLON’s business development team to ensure seamless transition of contracted projects to the EPC team, and interfaces with clients and stakeholders to facilitate design approvals, develop construction schedules, coordinate construction activities, and ensure that SOLON meets all project commitments.

Zach Wilson
As a NABCEP certified professional with more than 17 years in the solar industry, Zach Wilson is responsible for the procurement, construction, and commissioning activities on SOLON’s projects. He works closely with SOLON’s business development team to ensure seamless transition of contracted projects to the EPC team, and interfaces with customers to facilitate design approvals, develop construction schedules, coordinate construction activities, and ensure SOLON meets all project commitments.
General Superintendent
Luis de la Torre
As General Superintendent, Luis de la Torre oversees all of SOLON’s field operations. With over 15 years of diverse construction experience, Luis calls upon his leadership and communication skills to interface with internal and external project stakeholders and ensure fulfillment of project schedule, site safety, and quality control commitments on all SOLON projects.
Assistant Superintendent
Gerry Tokarz
As an Assistant Superintendent, Gerry Tokarz helps lead the day-to-day operations of SOLON’s field personnel and helps ensure fulfillment of project schedule, site safety, and quality control commitments on all SOLON projects. Gerry has seven years of commercial solar construction experience and has spent the last three years with SOLON where he has completed many large-scale projects.
Electrical Superintendent
John Maas
John Maas oversees all of SOLON’s self-performed electrical work with a focus on electrical engineering and project pre-planning, technical and quality management, and commissioning. With over 25 years of electrical construction experience, John ensures SOLON’s self-performed electrical work is completed to the highest standard of quality and in compliance with all National Electrical Code and project-specific requirements.
Assistant Electrical Superintendent
Alex Prince
As Assistant Electrical Superintendent, Alex Prince helps lead the day-to-day operations of SOLON’s electrical crews, ensuring that all projects are safe, staffed, stocked, and on schedule. Alex has been with SOLON for more than five years and has completed many large-scale solar projects.
Manager, Estimating and Quality
Brian Smith
As a NABCEP certified professional with more than 10 years in the solar industry, Brian Smith manages SOLON’s pre- and post-contract estimating as well as our quality control program including project-specific plans and processes. He also oversees energizing and commissioning activities on SOLON’s projects including programming equipment and ensuring DAS systems are operating and reporting correctly.
