Financing
We offer innovative financing options including substantial incentives through the Inflation Reduction Act; customers are welcome to arrange their own financing, or we are happy to assist with any of the following options.
POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA)
Many tax-exempt organizations, including municipalities, schools, and other public entities, opt for the PPA option which allows them to purchase their on-site, clean solar energy at a 25+ year locked in rate that is lower than what they currently pay their utility company.
Lease
Customers who choose to lease their solar projects pay a fixed monthly rate regardless of how much energy they use.
Loan
For customers who wish to own their solar projects, financing is arranged through a traditional financier/bank to pay for construction of the solar project, much like a home mortgage is set up.
